Beat the game and couldnt get the Golden Lie 🥺

I messed up in some quests, missed records, emotes. Are there any areas to possibly get warmth after beating the game? I cant get pray anymore so I can't use on the cathedral for some.

The Golden Lie takes a lot to obtain, pretty sure you gotta get the prompt of "Your Heart is Pounding" to be able to obtain it, and you gotta lie, a lot, for i, plus listening to all records possible.

I had the same problem a moment ago. Is it fully extended from the picture (did you lie enough)? Did you listen to 5-6 separate records (not sure if you need to zone in-between)? Do you have white hair? Mine appeared to be fully extended, but not glowing (post game before NG+). I listened to 5-6 records with zones in-between (was desperate); then it started glowing. I also tried reloading from title. Not exactly sure what fixed the problem.

I got it despite messing up a few time.
The records, I guess are bonus that make up a bit for your mistakes

If it makes you feel any better, I missed it by one humanity point. I got the 'Your Heart is Pounding' message twice but from what I could find, it needs to appear thrice. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any new records and I had already done the prayer too.

Drama's got it. You can tell you're on track to actually get it once you start seeing the gold spreading down from the tip of the nose. That was what I used as my yardstick once it was fully grown and I couldn't notice any changes from there. EDIT: want to add that you can usually use that as your guide once you get to 'you feel warmth' since it sticks to that message for a while.

Unfortunately, I do think you're out of luck if you're in postgame or *really* near the end. I can't fault them though, considering this is like the only weapon you have to really work to get.

Same, lied most of the time, maybe missed 2 lies, listened to 15 records, one is missing. Can pick up the cat, hair is also gray, what a tedious achievement

i got 6 records and played them. have the white hair and it still isnt enough
