Midir was my hardest boss in the Dark Souls trilogy, kept me stuck for about 3 hours. Once I beat him, I went and became a sunbro for the fight. Did that for several hours. The next playthrough, I would intentionally die at the end of the fight to practice him despite being able to semi-reliably beat him.
I can now say the boss that has sizzled my bacon the longest has now been conquered without taking a hit!
Laxasia - you're next girl. Laugh while you can, I've mastered your first phase
These dum dum cave-dwellers are just regurgitating the same argument over and over again as if they were holding patrols to ensure such topic is always on a front page at any given time.
