I had 2 technique cranks and was going to upgrade etiquette to S but accidentally clicked another weapon. Is there any locations to get more? I've already bought one from the pulcinella. I've just beaten Romeo if that helps on letting me know where any more are.

yes, you will find plenty more, usually in the form of venigni supply boxes that you bring to pulcinella.

There is around 6 cranks, might be 7, of each type you can obtain by various means, ie. find them or buy them from various vendors.
