It's probably also the wrong place to ask, if you want a neutral opinion, because you only find extremes here.
Gamepass is probably the best bet honestly, but I would hold off, seems the devs arent done fracking wiht the game yet.
If you're up for a big challenge, you might like it, but it was too much for me.
Hidden easy mode available, we dont know yet if this is planned for an official release at some point
for now unlock at nexus mods, lies of P
They even buffed the spectre and nerfed bosses so it should be really easy now.
40 would have been a better price tag imo. Game is extremely linear and the world isn't as varied as you might think.
It is linear, but I didn't think that was a bad thing. What I appreciated was the variety of enemies. Pretty much every region provided some type of new or unique enemy. Some are slight variations of what you've already seen, but there was always a flair to it. That's something I even critique Elden Ring for. Once you get to Altus, you've essentially seen all the basic, non-boss enemies. Granted, this game is much shorter than that, but the quality is high throughout
2- If you are broke: wait for sale.
3- None of the above: totally worth buying.
