Report a translation problem
My first run I basically only lied and I answered all of the riddles correctly; then whenever Gepetto locked for an answer I said whatever sounded the nicest.
Managed to kill Alidoro (who also says something like "Such a human move") and then I did have the option to refuse at the end as well. Didn't do an all truth run, but I did look up the endings after beating it the first time and thought only lies mattered.
Edit : Double checked, and Alidoro doesn't seem to be related much to endings, though what you did for Sophia does also. Otherwise - only Rise ending seems to be tied to truths/lies (need max humanity essentially)
The game doesn't have an ending based on a truth playthrough. You should always lie in some occasions and make sure you have some humanity.
