Thank you very much, I shall try those out.
Yes I an relly liking that weapon. Much more effective than my sabre. Although the reach seems to be a little less.
Block % is on the blade I believe? Generally the motivity/larger weapons have higher Block %'s. Real reason Motivity is better for guarding is because motivity weapons hit harder because they tend to attack slower. So that regain % is a % of your damage. (I think)
I went technique and have been running Booster Glaive handle with Dancer's Sword blade. It really plays into mobility. Combined with puppet string legion arm and evasion related P-organ upgrades means I can get in and out quickly.
I know they nerfed the Bishop's health, but I was still stoked.
Wait, is it really? I beat the game with the Two Dragons Sword. I *really* liked the ability to fade slash and move to the side, if you'd do that to the opposite side of some boss windups, you'd completely avoid attacks and get loads of free hits in. Worked especially well on the final boss/penultimate boss's 1st form (and kinda worked on the final final boss, he had fewer 360 degree attacks, or at least didn't spam those as often on me).
What are the best assembled tech weapons? I will try that during NG+!
Don't listen to him. Maybe in terms of raw output there's a bit better, but Twin Dragons is a very high skill ceiling weapon with a ton of movement options, the parry is very familiar in frames as the dark souls parry (as you start it a bit before the attack lands) and it gives you a ton of mobility from it's weapon art, moveset etc.
I think if mastered, it's a fantastic weapon. But also high skill ceiling because there are so many things you can do with it.
I think the guy you're quoting will probably just give you a combination that gives you the highest scaling with biggest damage.
