Game of the Year !

With all the whining and ranting about the latest update, I will just drop this positive note here.

Thank you NEOWIZ for giving us this game. It’s a very unique souls-like game set in a beautiful background. It has everything an RPG needs, good story, music, ambience, graphics, combat !

Game optimization requires its own appreciation. A solid 120fps since day 1 and I play on a laptop with an RTX 3080 and a mobile i7 CPU which ain’t that powerful. Not many games have achieved this in the recent years. Not to mention I have encountered 0 bugs so far. Other developers/publishers should learn from this, how to launch a game especially if it’s a AAA title.

I am enjoying this game so much. I haven’t played a single player game non-stop like this in a long time and I can’t stop playing. Even Elden Ring lost my interest at some point.

This game is so awesome, I even imported the PS5 Collector’s Edition box from Japan just for keep sake. I play on Steam. Love the wallpapers on my iPad.

This game has definitely earned Game of the Year !

P.S. Regarding the recent patch. I feel the changes are justified. Even though I beat some of those bosses already, I felt that some tweaking wouldn’t hurt. For eg. the KoP phase 1, it wasn’t hard but it did have a bit much HP and getting to phase 2 each time took longer than it should. Reducing the weight of boss amulets was a fine decision as well. Overall no complaints from my side. Not everyone has countless hours to sit and play every day. People have work, family etc.

Looking forward to more DLCs or even the next game ! Keep up the good work.

This game was a 9.5/10 for me because NG+1 felt a bit steep in terms of damage. But if the update made an impact it's gonna be a 10/10 for sure

It's my goty too. So many weapon variety and enemies. Bosses were awesome except one group boss towards the end. Has awesome music and sound design. 10/10 for me. Finished the game earlier today on Rising of P ending before nerfs to bosses using sawblade+exploding pickaxe handle.
