Probably the best trick overall is just to beat phase 1 so handily you don't even use a pulse cell heal. Acid/decay damage helped there.
Good luck!
Here is some advice: (spoilers)
1. Acid damage absolutely wrecks her. Phase one can be massively sped up if you use Acid Special Grindstone and time its use properly.
2. Phase 1 multi-hit combos need to be dodge behind her and run away. Unless you can perfect guard each, you will eventually run out of stamina and get your posture broken. You can perfect guard her last 2 attacks, which are those low to the ground sweeps.
3. Phase 2 is absolute madness. She is hyper aggressive but relatively squishy. This is not war of attrition, you need to kill her as fast as possible otherwise she will overpower you.
4. Phase 2 - her initial levitation in air, focus on perfect guarding lightning bolts. Each perfectly guarded bolt damage her. This is massively important as this significantly reduces her health.
5. Phase 2 - Whenever you lose 30% of your health, use cell. She is super aggressive and you might not get another chance to heal.
6. Phase 2 - same as above goes for repairing your weapon durability. If there is an opportunity to repair your weapon and you do not need to heal, repair it at least a bit.
7. Phase 2 - you need to utilize every opportunity to damage her while she is on the ground as the fight becomes more dangerous as it drags out.
8. Stock up on consumables, status clearing ampules are a must have since stamina management is crucial.
9. Use your best lightning damage / shock prevention parts as she deals massive amount of shock status effects. If you get full shock, you are toast unless you quickly remove it with ampule.
Do not do this. You absolutely want to use Acid grindstone. It absolutely wrecks Laxasia in phase 1 to a point you should not use more than 1 cell to top your health.
You can use the normal consumable acid grindstone for p1 if you need
I was able to perfect guard first 4 bolts and I usually dodged or just guarded the last few since their cadence was getting to a point where I could not reliable smack them back.
Then she slams the ground so fast that I have no idea when to dodge/block
In any case, it sounds like I need to cheese her like every difficult boss before her - throw consumables (acid specifically) at her until she dies...Takes the fun out of it to an extent though.
Threw the acid at her phase 1 (to save hp for the Specter), then healed the Specter in phase 2 - he didn't last long but it was long enough for me to chuck the 6 fire grenades (in 2 barrages of 3 so that she can get ignited twice, though I missed one so she only ignited once...). In the end it was a 1v1 where she had about 20% HP left and I had about 7 healing cells - she did pummel me a bit but I got her in the end.
Reflecting her lightning was one of the only times when I enjoyed Perfect Blocking in this game. - if all attacks in the game could be like the lightning, I would have no issues with the combat. You can see it coming and can react accordingly, instead of the insane delays followed by an instant attacks on most enemies and bosses...
Damn, heavy charged attack for 5.5k hit :)
Really, the only issue on her air move is the final slam to the ground. I could perfect guard or just dodge those ball lightnings but I could not find timing of the slam. It happens so fast I could to perfect guard it, dodge did not work either and when guarding it hit me hard no matter what.

Wow! 5k charged attack? - No wonder some people say the game is easy... My weapon deals 500-600 at most (Trident of the Covenant on a crit strike). What magic did they use (appears to be in NG+)?
Regarding her slam - I ended up just guarding it as well, though for me, I was wearing the highest possible physical defense, the highest possible electro defense and a semi-decent weapon for blocks (the aforementioned trident).
