So apparently after running out of pulses each consecutive one recharges slower and slower. Is there a cap for the recharge speed or at one point they just stop recharging whatsoever?

I don't notice it recharging slower? I got 4 cells extra maybe during a bossfight?

That one p-organ skill from phase 4 i believe. Just use all of them and count till it recharges, then use it and count again

Testing this would be very hard as you also recharge your Pulse Cells by attacking. I have the upgrade that automatically charges cells but it is very slow. It can help with a last few % but most of the charge will have to come from attacks.

No I have noticed that as well.
I'm still at the beggining of the game, and durfing the fight with "mad donkey" I used everything up.
2 backstabbs fully recharged it, each one recharging slightly more than half, then I had to use it up again and this time backstabbs recharged only 1/3, if not slightly less.

It might just be a cap brought on by that particular skill. I know if it wasn't present, it'd pretty much eliminate any challenge since you could just play tag with the boss when you're out of cells until one recharges.

So, no it's not, it's a cap on the pulse cells themselves.

Certainly, each consecutive recharge makes it a bit slower but I haven't reached a point where it would just stop charging or the charge time would get extremely long.

Probably it's anti cheese mechanism but on the other hand there is this one organ upgrade that charges legion over time and that gun legion arm shots doesn't leave enemies any hp regen so theoretically it is still possible to cheese if you don't mind waiting like 30s or whatever between shots.

Can anyone direct me accordingly. My problem is I keep dying figting dual shielded mini boss and when I respawn my pulse cells are not recharged. Tried off and and on, teleporting from stargazer - no luck. I cannot imagine too many people beating it with no full pulse cells.

The pulse cells are the healing items. Is that what you're talking about or are you talking about the blue bars you need to use your weapon special abilities?
