Do weapon handle affect weapon reach and length?
If a very slow huge weapon default handle is having same scaling as a fast weapon handle.
Is this a good reason to use fast weapon handle on huge slow weapon ?

Assuming same scaling, any reason to use slow weapon handle ?

It's kind of a coin toss I noticed. Heavier blades on faster handles just. Doesn't really work, thanks to P's lack of poise and the general habit of enemies to just decide that it's their turn if you're mid-combo and aren't one swing away from killing them. I've had some success, like with the Dancer's Curved Blade on the Puppet Saber handle, but that was kind of skirting my limit.

I wound up falling in with the Bramble Curved Sword handle and the Spear of Honor blade, and that seems to be a perfect middle ground of speed, impact, and damage output with good legion abilities to boot. I just wish your hands weren't so tied when it came to designing weapons.

The damage shown on stats is roughly some normalized sort-of-dps value - you can easily test it on a dummy in hotel swapping handles. If you put a big blade on faster one-handed handle it will do less damage per hit but slightly faster swings and vice versa.

Big blades with some slow 2h or pole type handles can do really massive damage in one hit (especially charged heavy).

Another thing good to remember about is that blades have their preferred types (slash vs stab). equal signs denotes "preferred", downward arrow denotes "not preferred". If you for example put a "slash" blade on a "stab" handle there will be some extra damage penalty AFAIK.

This can be kinder good finding.
I still not understand the meaning of that logo.
This can really shine the next time I replay the game with entirely different weapon/build.

I also not aware the weapon tooltips maybe DPS than "per hit".
So important finding too !

for the funnies put the wrench head on the smallest handle you have available. Ultimate bonk status.

TBH - the slash vs stab difference I found in some "N things you didn't know about Lies of P" or similarly named video I found recently.

Oh geez this is great to know. I kept skimming over that info and knew it was important, but it never clicked. Thanks!
