Kill or not

Guys, should I kill alidoro in chapter 10 or it pointless? Maybe achievement?

I have killed him in both playthroughs. You get an item for a NPC quest if you kill him. You'll need to kill him twice to get platinum since the quest end has 2 different records that you get from it. Don't worry, Hugo will take his place so you wont miss out on boss weapons.

What about optional boss in chapter 4, don’t remember the name, but she was looking like alidoro, train guard

And trinity doors, if I opened only 3, I have to open last two in ng+, or all of them ?

You don't need to kill her, I think you get her mask if you do though. There are 5 trinity doors and 5 riddles in the game. You can open them all in one cycle.

You get all trinity doors/keys in all playthroughs. Always.
