Pretty much, I do the same but having to carry a specific weapon around just for the purpose of overcoming a very specific design issue feels bad.
It is definitely hard. There are some instances where I just ignore the stagger. It can be hard to find a window.
Try to upgrade P-Organ to have a longer stagger window
This, I don't think people realize this works.
Outside of that it's not impossible to do it with heavy weapons. It's all about finding an opening. Learn the boss' combos and land a charge when it finishes.
no you dont, you complain about this game in every thread on this forum, you would already beat him by that time, so no you dont have better things to do, complaining on forum instead of playing is not better
No need to charge your weapon or use a fable art when you can just quickly throw this item to stagger elite and boss enemies
Slow weapon work just fine.
His second phase was super easy.
as it is now you're just kind of shooting in the dark because it's not clear how fast stagger drains in between swings nor how much stagger difference there is between an axe or sword handle.
and slow weapons do not work "just fine". they are objectively worse and harder to use. are they usable? yes, but they are worse. there is no str weapon that is even close to as good as the dragon katana.
Yeah the game says heavy attacks for starters
I noticed that the shot put description within the game menu says this: "Some throwable weapons boast great destructive power on their own. When combined with the strength of puppets, nothing more needs to be said."
I was like interesting - great destructive power = stagger break?
And yep it sure does break the white stagger bar on all enemies including bosses
And luckily you can buy these from the merchant in the Red Lobster, so sometimes will grind a bit to get more if I happen to be running low
I keep wanting this aswell, this would certainly help significantly.
