My vitriol may seem extreme if you haven't seen the rest of my comments on various threads, but ♥♥♥♥ everybody, including Miyazaki, who thinks it is OK to have two different bosses back to back with no checkpoint.
If that's you, you don't understand souls and are a disgrace to the spirit of the genre.
There is a point where the difficulty stops being fun and for me this boss is it. It kills me in three hits, it has red attacks, normal attacks that go half the stage, attacks under the floor, breaks your weapons and, if that's not enough, a second phase. Where the thing just go insane after you, so you have to be close. But if you block or dodge, you don't have energy left to attack. Yes, fire, sure, throw fire crap at it, sure, now go farm, die, farm, die, farm die. See how fun that is. Again, when I rage quit today, and I'm very close, I'm done with the game. It's one thing that the game is punishing, is another one that the game isn't fair.
This boss is absurd. If you beat it, good for you. For some of us, it's just too much.
Door Guardian was optional? He drops the key to open the stone switches.
All I can say is that, for me, this is not fun at all. The moment I had to start running away from elites, because I couldn't defeat them... anyway, I'm going to give it a few more tries and then probably uninstall and play Cyberpunk =)
