I would level Vitality to 30 at least to give yourself a buffer for errors.
Vigor is fine at 15 for me but the more heavier weapons you are using the more Stamina/Vigor you might need.
Capacity is really up to you on how much you value dodge and movement speed as well how well you manage your stamina. I have invested heavily into Capacity, currently 26, because I like to be neutral on weight and still use best defensive gear. Also, if you do not invest into Capacity, you will have to invest into Vigor because your Stamina recovery will super at heavier loads.
Then you should level up one of the stats that deals the damage like motivity, techniques or advance, depending on your weapon of choice. Meanwhile you should invest equally in capacity because it determines how much weight your character can carry and his movement speed. I recommend 25 to 30 for these two stats.
Then invest whatever you have left in vigor because it determines your stamina. A vigor of anywhere between 10-15 is enough.
