Anyone use the "enhance fable catalyst effect?

Does it give you another entire bar, or is it just like a half or what? I'm doing respec for a boss and am thinking about doing it, but if it isn't a significant boost then I'm not going to bother.

I think it just gives you more fable when you use the consumable item.

I know that, I just mean does it give you two bars instead of one for example. I tried it and it seemed to give me one and a half, so I guess the second upgrade would give 2.
