enemies that just charge into you?!
What you do with them? The parry timing seems to be weird, you cant really block because that cause huge damage and you cant really evade because the tracking is kinda insane.

These polearme guys are super annoying.

Also i just fought a blob / slob guy with a big shield are who did this as well. I cat really figure out what to do with them ...

For the normal mobs, I find that Puppet String is handy as you can yank them out of it/toward you for damage, and then beat them up.

Otherwise, and also for Elite mobs - would be more about the timing for dodging their attacks. You would want to time it so you are dodging with, IDK, roughly 1 foot between you and their weapon (but like - forwards and to the right/left a bit).

They cannot turn too tightly when charging, and so you are looking to dodge into their dead-zone. For elites, also be ready for a follow-up spinny like attack sometimes. Usually they have something in their move-set to turn them or hit behind them.

I'm going to add "enemies who flail like a toddler denied at Toys R' Us" to this inquiry. I've gotten to where I can perfect guard flurry/flailing attacks from some enemies, but seriously, the amount of "someone needs to be swaddled" in this game is off the charts.

Double dodge P-Organ is basically a must, it's in the first phase I believe. You can dodge all but red attacks with the double dodge.

That said, parrying everything is the "strongest" way to go about it. The timing becomes second nature once you start trying it. Sometimes, the charges on enemies are insane though and hit far more times than you'd think, which makes the timing odd. Dodging is my go to for almost all charging moves because of this.

I just unlocked that dodge because it sounded good.

Yea, enemies just swinging wildly is a bit annyoing.

Also the shovel guys that close in on you so quick.

I mean i'm getting along and i like the game but the combat still does not really feel fluid to me.

The flail enemies are tough sometimes. General ones, I usually just neutral dodge/back-step 2 or 3 times to give them room to have a temper tantrum, and then if they get too close I do my best to dodge "through" it. Something like the Marionettes though - I just run away a little and let them tucker themselves out lol.

Might take a little damage, but for example, one of the later bosses does some like; 15 hit combo. Back-stepped first, then on the hits I was sure would hit me, I dodged into him with the double-dodge, and managed to avoid about 80% of the attack.

Anything giant or fat though; most of this goes out the window and I just back-peddle the whole fight. Bring it to a good spot, and never stop backing up if you can help it; dodge around at the end of the zone, and go back the other way backwards. I may walk a couple of miles by the end of it, but it helps also maintain some situational awareness should enemies be around, or you can make a quick exit if by a door/path should you need to repair/heal/ditch the fight.

If you want to party flailing attacks, be ready to do a perfect guard 10 in a row with split second accuracy since the enemies do not get interrupted by your guards either. Best to just get out of the way.
