Parry is bad...

Take note from Elden Ring... I'm on first boss just started playing...Parry timing is way off.

Frustrating. I'm not talking about perfect Parry's either...just normal Parry. It is slightly off from what it should be really.

There is no regular parry lmaoo only perfect parry/perfect guard/perfect block however you wanna call it.

There's only one parry.

Took me a while to get used to it and I still suck, but the parry is more difficult here than Sekiro.

What you say may not be me. I'm just being honest. Because sometimes what doesn't suit us? We just go out and find something better. For some people who say that this game sucks or isn't fun. What I will say to them is If it's not fun, why do they have to put up with it? There are many more games out there that might make them more fun. Just leave this game or if you're ready, maybe come back and play it again. It's not about making me feel good about telling them. It may seem cruel. But sometimes it's true.

And it would be worse if I just told them "Get Good"

It's not really cruel. Gaming is an entertainment industry. It's purely subjective.

If you don't like a game then it's not for you and you move on. It's sound logic. What's insane is the idea that telling people if they don't like something they don't need to play it is cruel. While trying to convince them to play more of something they don't like is perfectly fine.

However OP said they still want to try it and there's nothing wrong with that. Hope you end up enjoying it or stop if there's no fun to be found soon.

In sekiro you could just spam the block button and get easy parries, here it's a lot harder.

The parry window is way to short. Just bump it a bit and it'd be fine.
