P-Organ upgrading, does it matter which you pick?

what i mean is, to unlock phase 3 p-organ upgrades, do you have to put quartz into phase 2? or can continuing to put stuff into phase 1 also unlock 3?

My previous post here said it did matter but my info was wrong! It does not matter as indicated by 2 people posting below!

Every 2 full choices, a phase unlocks. You can unlock all 4 in phase 1 and unlock phase 3, or you can get 2 in phase 1 and 2 in phase 2 to get the same result.

So yes you can fill out phase 1 to unlock phase 3.

This is a lie. You dont need to put your quartz in to the newest phase. Every completed group counts as 1, doesn't matter which tier. Phase 3 sucks, so just unlock something from phase 1 or 2 instead.
