100% achievements question

I need to kill nameless puppet, so, I have to hide heart from Geppetto, if I will do it, I still can get full geppetto story achievement?

Unless you backup your save, the ending achievements require at least two play through. Maybe even three. You can combine a couple of end game Achievements together but as far as I know you have to finish the game twice. (I might be wrong). I'm going through NG+ (Boy bosses hit hard) and I'm just telling the Truth the entire time so this way I can get the puppet boss and the blue lady's achievement.

So, if I’m alrdy got biggest nose in the world, I can’t summon nameless puppet to fight?

I believe you can, but you wont be able to get the Blue lady's Achievement. By the way don't forget to loot the "Nose". GL

Thanks, but what is blue lady achievement, u mean “Full story of Blue Butterfly” ?

“Full story of Blue Butterfly” is for giving Sophia Peace and after you have seen the "RIse of P" ending. Before starting a NG+ you get back to the hotel where you can read the final note from Sophia in Gepettos Office. I wrote a guide about this in the "guides" section.
