In games as in life, not everything is foreseeable.
In games, unlike in life, you get a do-over when you don't like the results of your choices.
Avail yourself of the difference.
Games are an escape from the real life not an extension of it. I do not want to deal with any ufortunate limitations of real life rather than just have a way to mitigate them in post.
Also an actual do-over would entail loading an ealier save to replay the game from the moment you made the wrong choice. An ng+ is starting the game from the begining after fully beating it. It requires you comitting to finishing the playtrough with the results you do not want and comitting to going for another entire playtrhough.
