And they place him in between loads of enemies, my advice try to run past him and turn on the nearby Stargazer that helps a ton...

He follows you all the way into the street, so the adds arent much of a problem tbf, outside of the soldier that follows him which can be dealt with fairly quickly with the Falcon Eyes or throwables

If you run past him and go to the Stargazer you can fight him without the adds that way it's like a regular boss fight...

Design is good. But considering how tight is the parry window and how delayed are all the attacks, the fight does not feel very fair.

It takes some getting used to yeah, You can bait his easier attacks by standing a little bit away from him. The body slam, his red attacks are very easy to Perfect, his spin isn't that hard aside from the last delayed swing which you can just block and then regain the hp back with the attack that follows. It's a tough fight but i'm sure you can do it, as ppl said before get the checkpoint behind him and try again!

Honestly like a lot of the mini bosses in this game they can be cheesed. I lured him to a staircase that's a few hundred feet away from his appearance. The staircase has a drop where you can continuously drop down on him for massive damage. He won't follow you up the stairs where the drop is and you can continuously bait him and drop down on him.

Took me 2 tries to kill him. Bring Falcon Eyes and clear everything in the vicinity first.
Wait till you get to the actual boss

Oh God, thanks for letting us know about the checkpoint behind him. This is seriously the hardest fight I've had. On my 8th try now and the closest I've gotten him is half way down.

I won just waiting him to start doing it's spinning skill and i use parry to everyone of the hits, and when he was about to do it's final punch, dodge it and hit it with strong attack and that stagger's it. (Repeat)
