Sadly all of which are already done :(
I highly appreciate you taking the time to reply though!
- I'm using an nvme ssd to run the game, this is a seperate ssd from my main OS drive
- Shader Cache already 10gb
- Page File for main drive is already on auto (System Managed)
Would you perhaps have any other suggestions?
Not stuttering now just low fps prolly due to my gpu in descendants
And sure thing just give me a moment to record
Since you were running through random settings I'll put in a query about your Fclock bios setting. It should be at 1800 (half ram speed) to match your cpu's infinity fabric with your ram speed.
Here's the recording with the awful frametime

Sadly have tried this and I still get those awful frametimes with slowdowns for some reason
I will try the infinity fabric thing you mentioned since I never set that in the bios
Hmmm by any chance could my cpu issues be because I overclocked my cpu? I never crashed or anything since I properly undervolted it and overclocked the ghz, but I never changed anything in the bios
I'd try running it stock and see what you get.
Tried running stock and everything just performed worse, at least now I know my overclock settings are stable
