OR your gsync is being dumb. I had gsync ♥♥♥♥ up in witcher 3, and it stuttered a lot with out the fps even changing.
This game however has uneven frametimes that jump around constantly. It's general performance is good besides that. If the devs work on it, it should be fixed pretty soon.
This right here I was trying to figure out why I was getting stutters ever couple of minutes.... I guess I didn't notice how much ram steam was eating and had 7 web helpers opened and steam was using over a gig of my ram.
that sucks tho, stuttery performance with high fps is the worst feeling!
It feels slightly smoother in borderless window than fullscreen which is odd.
Edit: Update so I went into NCP and clicked "reset defaults" and then put back on force vsync and forced a fps cap of 3fps below my refresh rate and it seems to be working great now.
There must have been some setting in NVP causing issues.
May I know what your settings are on NCP/NVP? I'm currently getting this issue and it's making boss fights just downright unwinable
