Absolutely incredible game with one minor problem

I had this game on my wishlist since announcement im not a particular fan of dark souls games cause lore and story sucks and setting is not my favorite but i loved bloodborn, thymesia, and now this is gonna be the new hit for sure. This demo is one of the best demos that hit the steam store no joke, i found the bosses not that hard to beat but maybe because i liked to roam and get XP and level up my Pinocchioooooo.
Setting feels like Bloodborn but less "dirty" and controls are fine classic souls like dodge delays and such.

The cons are that after the first boss you cannot level Up on stargazers.I found it really bad to have to go back to Sofia in the hotel to level up. Wasted a lot of time doing that around an hour of my 5.5 hour gameplay.

Other than that you got something with a solid story behind it, great graphics , amazing gameplay and of course great pacing.

Well isnt it weird that you cannot directly travel to the main hub (Hotel) and have to fast travel to a stargazer before the hotel and walk there and then level up?I think its too much waste of time for just leveling up your character. Thats all

You miss the fact that it is a specific button to go to the hotel?
X on Xbox controller, look at the fast travel page again.....

I mean, you can? In KBM you just go to the Stargazer teleport and press G?

At some point in the demo, you do get an object allowing you to go back to the hotel directly, or to the last stargazer.

Did you not activate the Stargazer in the Hotel? It doesn't look like a Stargazer, but the glowing blue thing next to Sophia is one.

Yes i did but u cannot fast travel there via stargazers , i have been informed tho that there is an item that lets u fast travel to the hotel

I would classify this as a major problem. Think about how often you’re gonna have to do that by the end of the game. It’s bad enough that every major area requires a loading screen. Now we have additional loading screens every time we want to level up. That has to be tens or hundreds of loading screens and a ton of time wasted due to a lack of QOL feature that’s present in every other Souls-borne game.

Maybe they done it like this as things will happen at the hotel,
Like the fact that you get access to the skill tree there after last demo boss.
The weapon girl can also do another arm for you.
