no ps5 dualsense support

i tried plugging in my ps5 controller which i use to play these games and it doesnt recognise it , big sad

My controller didn't work at at until I reached the main menu. Might be the same issue?

Guys, when people come here to complain about lack of dualsense support, people mean native aspects (such as HUD, haptics, adaptive triggers). They don't mean that controller doesn't work. And yes, it sucks that it has no Dualsense support right now. Hope they can fix that for the launch.

It's even worst if that's the case. But that OP can fix it with Steam.

it function like a xbox controller, no haptic feedback nor adaptive triggers. Not sure if they are supported on PS5, guess I will try the demo on PS5 too

The controller works, thanks to steam emulation but you get Xbox inputs and prompts, even if you disable steam (aka: native support).

At least we have a huge Select/Start button in the middle ?)

what i meant was it doesnt have native support yall , it relies on steam emulation with xbox prompts etc.

it relies on steaam emulation , it doesnt have native support

Windows don't have native support for the PS controllers, as long as the game is using xinput and steam can piggyback on that, that's the prompts that will be shown.

for me, it recognised it but only plugged with USB and it doesn't map the buttons, so on screen it shows Xbox buttons, a shame. Hopefully they'll fix it before the release

Mine worked perfectly fine only button prompts where not Playstation labeled but that didnt really bothered me.

I used Dualshock 4 and no problem at all... only how PixelPixie wrote I missing Playstation labels.... If they will add labels for PS I think I will buy it. Demo is great and funny.
