Everyone who's currently struggling with dodging attacks:

Unequip defensive parts until you reach the "Light" weight threshold.

Notice how much better the dodge is.

Then notice how you haven't noticed the difference in defense.

i think tying movespeed to load is a pretty dumb decision, no one will ever go with a heavy load in this game. they couldnt tie it to dodge roll because the combat is heavily designed about parrying so they needed something more. im fine with stamina regen but the walk speed. come on lol.

I'd say it's entirely possible to get people to use a heavy build if there was more equipment that was actually worth using-I would gladly give up dodging and go full parry if I wasn't handicapping myself to do so. The main issue right now is that the weapon and Legion arm are the only pieces of equipment that are actually worth their weight-all of the defensive equipment requires way too much weight investment for way too little benefit.
