Nintendo, a Japanese video game and entertainment giant, might want to consider legal action against developers of Palworld for their use of Pokémon designs.

Palworld is an upcoming monster-collecting survival sandbox game. It allows players to tame and battle creatures, similar to the beloved Pokémon franchise. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that the game has clearly copied the design and elements of Pokémon. The visual design of the creatures, their abilities, and the general feel of the game are almost identical to those of Pokémon.

It is understandable that developers might take inspiration from a popular franchise, but in this case, Palworld seems to have gone too far in copying Pokémon's designs and elements. This could lead to major legal issues for the developers if Nintendo were to take legal action against them.

Moreover, using Pokémon designs and elements without permission can also negatively impact the overall gaming industry. It could lead to a decline in creativity and innovation if developers feel they can simply copy successful franchises without consequence. This could have far-reaching consequences and ultimately harm the gaming community as a whole.

In conclusion, Nintendo should consider legal action against the developers of Palworld for their use of Pokémon designs. It is essential to protect intellectual property rights in the gaming industry and ensure that creativity and innovation remain at the forefront of game development. By taking action, Nintendo can help to set a precedent and protect the gaming industry from developers who are too eager to copy successful franchises.

Guys sound like this is your first run at open server multi-player survival games. This is the case in every one of them - cheaters. Hell there are whole youtube channels that are just montages of admins messing with cheaters. There's even a black market of 3rd party sellers of these cheat apps. Rust, Ark, Conan.. you name it.

They'll fix the most egregious cheats eventually, more will come up. Some like lag input won't be fixable honestly without heavy kernel-level anti-cheat.. and you guys will be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about that then.

My advice? Join a community, play with friends, or just host your own game and have fun. Open servers are just to get your feet wet, you're going to be dealing with griefers at some point - that's where they flock to. Quite frankly it's unrealistic to demand a game, especially 'early access' to police all cheaters in a game like this.

Ya'll need to give it up. It's not happening. End of story. Get over it.

The game's been out not even 10 days and you've already announced a plan to deal with cheaters. For most other games, customers have been waiting literal years for the devs to even acknowledge that cheating is happening. This game and dev is absolutely going to be something special that establishes a new standard for what game development should be.
honestly do we care about cheater when your official server just wipe character like this for nothing u log back and need to create a new character or when u cant even play cause pal dont spawn and kill you without you noticing cause of terrible server responce start by making the game playable on officiel there is nothing to hack here your character will get randomly delete dont get me wrong the game as a good potential but atm official are unplayable cheating wont change much here

The profiles of cheaters should be posted publicly. A wall of shame.
What cheats were being user - or more precisely how did it affect other players? Did some neckbeards somehow initiate pvp?

I didn't even realize that there were official servers. I just play on SP. Don't take modding away from SP.
