The money you make from nails got nerfed, but you can still make money off them. It's not like they are suddenly valueless.
Once I am done maxing out a few jorgans and jorgan ignis and i will move on to lyleen/verdash , then i can maximize Salad production at maximum efficiency.
Then I will start breeding pals for damage /raid then I will hunt for max IV and finish filling out the paldeck while prepping to defeat the ultra raid boss version .
Using the money farmed from nails/salad will pay for all of this .
Let’s not forget I can also sell hyper spheres as well . I might do that before salads because of my maximum astegons with passives . I have 115% work speed . Lol
Even though all of these items aren't gold, they can all be sold to a merchant for gold and none of them weigh much, so you can carry a LOT of them to sell at a time without getting weighed down (though granted, arrows are only worth 0.5 gold each and you have to sell at minimum 2 or you get nothing).
You could literally just build lots of mining/lumbering facilities, catch and keep a Wandering Merchant at your base, and occasionally sell off your surplus wood, stone, and/or ore. I saw one guy on youtube talk about intensive berry farming because cooked berries apparently fetch a decent price for the effort put into them. None of those is worth a ton, but when you have a ton to sell it adds up.
I'm not sure if it would get you gold as fast as farming Black Marketeers, but the advantage of selling goods that your Pals can passively make at your base is that it leaves you completely free to do other things like explore dungeons, hunt more pals, or- farm Black Marketeers for even more money!
Hope this helps!
Eh...I wonder how lucrative that is after the major nerf to them🤔
It's way too much of a hassle for not much.
if only i could do that in SP
I literally just sell dungeon drops, and I can afford more than enough ammo several times over for pretty much everything I do.
i spent about 800k for idk i think 500 or so cakes i forget now but it's on average about 200k per 100 cakes ish
can buy all of the materials except for honey from a trader
if i only bought ammo then probably wouldn't really need to farm gold
