Wait when it sleeps and trow the ball at its back. Its possible to catch it like this with 20-30 legendary balls.

Your catch rate is also based on YOUR level. If you're too low a level, it will prevent you from catching a Legendary.

Get a fire pal with Mercy hit. once its on 1 hp you should be able to.
