I wrote a guide on all work speeds, yields and different plantation times. It also covers I found during testing with Gathering Level and Yield. As long as a higher level pal has worked a field it will yield the boosted amount for that play session.

It also includes recommended pal progression for each job and at what level you can get them.

wow very informative, thank you! i thought sole gatherers are kinda useless because 5 of my base pals have gathering but i didnt know high gathering would result in a higher yield as well.
