Cannot get 2 extractor per crude oil node ...

got 2 steady base with oil .. and cannot get any of them to have 2 extractor per node .. what am i doing wrong ?

Yeah, I couldn't do it either. I wasted about half an hour trying and decided you know what, three of them is good enough. Besides, if you get two per one, assuming you're in a spot with three, that means you'll need like six of the new generators. I had to build three of them before my three extractors really began to actually yield oil.

It takes ages to line them up but it is possible, what I Found was once one was built it was easier to place the next one for some reason.

They both need to be touching the middle essentially, go over slightly to far with the first one and you won't be able to place the second.

Of course it would be great if we didn't need to do this, hopefully they increase the speed we get oil cause even with six going oil still takes forever to gather. Need to leave the game on overnight just to have some to use.

Or farm a lot of the Pal soccer balls.

Line up the edge of the first extractor w/ the middle of the node, preferably far back as it allows. Then try to build the second, going straight back. Once it flashes for availability, you're gold. If it doesn't, scrap and rotate a bit before building again. It can take a while to get down at first, but just knowing you're able to do it helps a ton.

its because you need 6 new energy generators and on every one 2 electric pals to boost enouth energy because its still buggy it seems

You can't place 2 blueprints on it at once. You have to finish one and then place the other one. Just make sure the center of it is visible (the bubbling area) and you should be able to fit the other one once the first one is finished.

Agreed. I know I was just doing blue prints. I may try again with this in mind.

Oh so in my comment, and what I noticed in game, was actually more then just "easier" but its actually how its done. Haha good to know that :)
