Underwater sparkly things
What are they? Sparkles on the surface, some sort of jellyfish just under the surface. Shooting them with an arrow just makes them disappear. Swimming over them reveals nothing, no way to interact.

if you're talking about the various fishing shadows, you need a fishing rod and bait to fish them up. (first one's at tech lv 15)

Sparkles indicate a rare fish.

Green = Rainbow Passive Skill
Purple = Alpha
Purple Beam = Lunker (special Rainbow passive, fishing's equivalent of Lucky)
