Need help for Bellanoir Libero and Blazamut Ryu

I love collect all Pals and complete my Paldeck, but Bellanoir Libero and Blazamut Ryu are the only Pals I miss

Despite being lv55, I'm not feeling confident enough because I heard they are very powerful and have too many HP

Any tips ?

Set the base pal amount to max and turn it into a 50v1

first thing first you're gonna need 4 gobfin's max out whit vanguard and stronghold strategy. then you're gonna need the best armour, having the best gun's blah. blah blah
THEN it gonna depend on who you're fighting 1st for both your mount's and your meat-shield's.

for libero:
you're gonna need a chillet for phase 1 and a ragnahawk for phase 2. both apply type damage to your gun's. they're skill gonna be legend, vanguard, stronhold strategy and burly body.
for the spam at the base jetragon max out for damage is the obvious pick for phase 1. phase 2 she ice type so normal Blazamut the way to go.

for Ryu:
he dragon and fire so normal jormentide is the obvious spam at the base and azurode gonna be the mount. but for what i have see (since i did not fight him) you may need more speed to dodge the damage so the Azurode gonna be legend, burly body, vanguard then siwft.
phase 2 is when this fight get tricky since he turn in to electric type. Knocklem gonna be the spam but since Anubis is the only one that give ground damage for your gun you may need to toss a gobfin or 2 out of your team and have more mobility or more tanking will fighting whit a anubis that may gonna get nuke if you don't build him properly.
