Reequipping Captured Human NPCs
If we make our own gear for our player character, can't we also equip our captured human NPCs with made gear as well?

To be fair, you're supposed to be discouraged from capturing humans.

But as a half-joke... would you really want to arm a person that was trying to kill you earlier, and you've enslaved and treat like an animal?

(Kinda like in Rimworld. If a slave is armed or even around weapons, their odds of making an attempt a breakout/revolt increase)
----

Don't get me wrong, I'd love for humans to be useful for something in this game. But I also understand there's some dark places that could happen (some that even Rimworld tries to avoid).

Well, two reasons for making this suggestion in the first place: #1: to address your issue, have it be similar to all the other monster capturing mechanics & such (Now I'm thinking of that Simpsons: Tree House of Horror episode that I thought of where animal control captures a rabid Santa's Little Helper with something similar, puts him through a PokéCenter like machine, curing his rabies. Then something goes wrong: a person gets captured). #2: its actually for the modders who wants to put sexualized content in the game, thus you don't need to equip the captured human NPCs with weapons, just tools & clothing.

The human npcs still have their weapons, but they seem to forget how to use them. I caught a Crusher once. He went all neanderthal and started using his gatling gun like a club.

You can teach a pal skill to an npc via a skill fruit, but it is very difficult to get them to use it properly. Most often, they will just stand there and will not use it unless you can get them to shuffle around a little.

Another thing that I wish human npcs were capable of is to have the transporting base skill. Sure, they have the handiwork skill, but they would have been 10x more useful if they could keep the base clean by moving items to storage.

You're correct. Honestly, if such mods exist, I'd equip captured villainesses in erotic maid uniforms & give 'em a feather duster 😏.

Modders will wind up doing it, neatly sidestepping any moral or legal questions that might arise if the developers themselves did. Palworld is definitely more morally black than grey - but the exact point on the spectrum one would put it is blurry. Slavery is one of those things that's too stark for most developers to include in their games without being legally required to label a game with an R rating.

Well, according to the 14th Amendment of the United States of America, prison labor is technically legal, therefore it shouldn't be an issue with capturing humans who're basically being evil. Heck, if an in-real-life cute girl seriously doesn't want to be in prison/jail, I'd make sure the local police are aware & have her be my 'pet' 😏 (please note the law-is-the-law & therefore it'll only overrule this hypothetical scenario where a cute girl commits a crime & doesn't want to be in prison/jail).

This game isn't anywhere near morally black, it's barely even gray.
Rimworld is far more darker than this game (with actual slavery allowed, even encouraging hitting slaves to increase their terror stat, making them less likely to rebel).
And even Rimworld has restraint.
(Nor does it have an M rating, as far as I can tell. (ESRB doesn't have an R rating))

Palworld is fine that way.

Unfortunately, due to the Nintendo lawsuit(s), there might be no other option but to go the porno route. I'm against unjust violence as much as anybody else, but I'm also a victim of such people making mountains out of ant hills & such. Therefore, while Pokémon is for kids, PalWorld is for Adults. Disagree all you want, so long as we have an understanding & such . . .

I never said Pokemon wasn't for children. It really is.

Palworld though, is really for all ages. E10+ at the most.

Shadow the Hedgehog (game) was rated E10+, and also featured buttloads of guns, plus motorcycles, cursing (e.g. "Where's that damn fourth chaos emerald?!"), and a villain being killed in few scenes (Shadow breaking Eggman's neck, though seen from Eggman's POV).

(Due to the higher rating, they were even able to show more of Maria's death than before, including showing the GUN soldier pointing the pistol that would kill the sick 14-year-old girl, though the scene mercifully ends instantly right as the sidearm fires)
ESRB Rating: E10+

Palworld doesn't really have anything much worse than what Shadow the Hedgehog had in it, to be honest.

Actually pokemon was not for children, it became popular overseas and was revised for westernization. When it became popular any source of its older influence was removed edited and scrapped to avoid scrutiny.

Sonic also was not ever for kids it was to target teens..

👏 Bravo! Well Put! THIS is exactly what I was getting at to begin with! Thus it stands: since Pokémon is for kids, PalWorld will be for Adults! Now let the redressing of captured felons begin & the modders designing ecchi mods for 'em & such ! ! !
