KEY ITEMS B.S....
WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LET US DROP KEY ITEMS? IT'S APPARENTLY BEEN OVER A YEAR, AND THIS IS STILL A THING?

So, I was crafting the extra inventory bags on a local, dedicated server with a friend. Made two bags, one for each of us. Picked them up and.... Of course, this game won't allow you to drop key items.... So, what the ♥♥♥♥, devs? I'm just stuck with two bags and my friend is ♥♥♥♥ out of luck? How is this a problem in a game? It sure as ♥♥♥♥ shouldn't be. Yeah, for the future, I guess we know that it's every man for himself, and don't try to help your buddies by crafting key items. But if that's the case, PROVIDE SOME WARNING. Or better yet, make it NOT a thing. "Oh hey, you already have one of these. You can't pick up anymore." Or, "Oh hey, you can just drop that key item." Is that beyond the abilities of the devs to code? Apparently this has been a gripe for over a year. OVER A YEAR. Just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous.

To top that off, we tried looking up console commands to possibly fix the issue quickly. Absolute atrociousness. No two websites agree on whether it's possible, what's even possible, what's an available admin command versus some other console command for which you're going to have to download additional garbage, or even on the NAMES OF SOME OF THE COMMANDS.

At this point, I'm full-tilted. There's so much potential in this game, but it's so janky from top to bottom once you've spent time in it. So many grievances beyond the nice paint job on an open-world pocket monster mechanics game. Because it's not just the key item garbage. Most of the late game is just garbage grindfest just for tedium's sake. So many features need a lot of improvement. I understand it's early access, but it's been OVER A YEAR FOR SOME OF THESE ISSUES.

How has this mess been allowed to continue for so long? It sure seems like the key item problem should be an easy fix, but it is absolutely a trainwreck. I've done a number of web searches, and I have been an hour down this rabbit hole to try undoing this one stupid feature, and there seems to be no legitimate recourse. Spent a ton of time accessing administrator commands on our local server, only to realize after finally getting admin access to work that doesn't actually give us access to any useful console commands to fix this issue, despite what many websites seemed to imply or outright state. And that's as close as we got. Some basic admin privileges, and nothing to actually fix the issue that got us started on that chain. Did we just waste those predator cores with no way to get them back, or is there an actual way to fix this problem, apart from just cranking up the item drop settings and cheesing the game for 30 minutes by grinding out predator pal locations at max drops? At this point, I feel like that would have been BY FAR the easier solution.

So yeah, much salt tears; many gamer rage. Drink up my tears and laugh at my rage, please. And let this be a cautionary tale for the future, unless and until the DEVS FIX THE DAMNED PROBLEM.
