Question about Prunelia and Lullu

Does having multiple in the base stack their Partner Skill effects? I'm getting mixed signals where some say they stack additively, but then I heard it doesn't at all. I'm still working on stocking up Cakes in the new world I started so I don't have many to spare.
(Prunelia makes better harvests, Lullu increases crop growth speed.)
