Dedicated server in docker

Is using a docker container image to host a palworld dedicated server against steam or pocket pair rules?

I've been using my old former gaming pc to host a server running windows 10, and it's broken now. I have a mini pc running ubuntu server, and I want to use docker to run it. will this be an issue with maintaining my good standing on steam? if so, I could just login to steam on the mini pc and install the dedicated server software the proper way.
