Palworld keeps abruptly shutting down PC
Not quite sure why this only ever happens with Palworld, but after 1-2 hours of playing the game it abruptly shuts down my entire PC.

I have played many other AAA games at ultra quality with no issues, this is the first time it's been happening consistently with this one particular game.

I have also doubled check and stress tested all my computer components that could be the problem (GPU, CPU, RAM and PSU) and there are no underlying issues. CPU and GPU temps are also within range when in-game.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Here are my PC specs:
CPU Ryzen 7 5800X3D
CoolerCorsair H115i RGB Pro XT
Motherboard Gigabyte X570 I Aorus Pro
RAM G Skill TridentZ 32gb 3600MT CL16
Storage Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB
GPU Sapphire Nitro+ RX6800XT SE
PSU CoolerMaster V SFX Gold 750W

weird, because this issue you mention doesn't happened with me and other players too.

don’t forget that Palworld is not really optimized also check your power supply it may require too much from your components and you may not be able to ensure the correct supply
PC Shut down = overheating.
Repaste your pc.

the game is very poorly optimized. lower settings
This is almost certainly an overheat issue, check to make sure your fans/heat sink are working, if that's not it then repaste.

If heat issue, set an FPS limit. FPS shoots to the moon if you don't (atleast for me) and can cause GPU heat issues.

Blame Unreal engine 5 for optimization, not fault by Pocketpair.
Are you having issues in other games?

Its your computer not the game, the gmae is just triggering a fault in your hardware/OS. Games never CAUSE the reboot they are just a symptom of the problem.

Does it hard reset? make sure your bios is set to show error codes on resets, get the error code afterwards, if you dont see BSOD it could be windows related in which case you can check the crash logs of windows.
