The pals won't work on the things
A mistake some users make is trying to bunch up their workstations really close together, which messes with the pathing.
Edit: Looking at your pic, I am curious why the plantations are on the ground. They can be on foundations.
But also, what workstations are there for them? The stone (ore?) quarry, lumber station, and plantations?
I can't quite tell at first glance.
I will say, looking closer, you've got that electrode awful close to the quarry. That might be too close.
And lastly, Jourmuntide Ignis is kinda notorious for pathing issues, due to it's massive size.
Otherwise, I would almost have to be playing the save to try to figure out what may be going on. I have several bases and no issues with any of my pals reaching their work spots.
Can you tell us the coordinates of your base? Open the map, hover over the base icon and in the lower left will be the coordinates. I'm also wondering if there might be issues with certain spots.
Also, are you using any mods? I forget offhand how many foundations the base is in radius, but I almost think your base circle looks bigger than vanilla.
Should I try creating a new world?
Ok, can't be that particular base location. I have had multiple bases in that location, one on a dedicated server and one in my current single player game, and I have no pathing issues.
And I can say that you are using a mod in that game. The vanilla base size is about 9 foundations in radius from the palbox, assuming the palbox is within the area of a foundation. Whatever mod, or mods, that are adjusting the size of your base circle is (are) most likely the culprit.
That's probably the reason.
I almost feel like it's trying to place something there or they're detecting something somewhere and they can't get around it.
