Even when I got max speed buffs, its still so slow, that it gives me like 30 plasteel in an hour. What are these rates with THREE oil extractors?!

This is why I don't use weapons that cost plasteel as fuel. Its far to slow to obtain, and its torture to wait for it. Is there a faster way i can get it?

There's another way of getting oil, if you don't mind hunting for it yourself.
Kikits at the Southwest beach (I think that was the beach, the most tame one) of Sakurajima drop them. If you catch them, you can even butcher them for extra oil.

Another Pal that gives Crude Oil as loot is Maraith, but you have better chances of finding it either on some dungeons, or by going to a specific place in Feybreak (I don't remember where).

I think there's other Pals that also drop Crude Oil, but you'd have to check the Paldex yourself.

The oil farming from the extractors was so awful when I was playing with my friend, that we both raided the Sakurajima beach for the oil, and got quite a good number of them from the grinding.
