Palworld Game Idea
Throwing my thoughts out there before they escape, but in the wake of the visual novel that PocketPair announced, I'd like to see another Palworld game that solely focuses on a roguelike RPG that deep-dives into Pals that are assigned to go on Expeditions to gather materials and fight other Pals and Pal bosses. You'd pick a Pal that is newly-joined to a Tamer's base and form bonds while using the base as your hub, of which can be customized from materials you bring back. The Pals speak to each other and go through an engaging story from beginning to end, the end likely being faced with difficult choices (like good or bad decisions) and epic climactic battles.

Aside from the single-player RPG, an epilogue feature could be taking the Pal you are and have bonded with, link up online with other Pal-players and go on grand Expeditions together to topple difficult challenges and unlock more story, cosmetics and other such treasures as a reward for participating and playing the game.

It isn't a new idea; we've seen other games very similar to my suggestion before (like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon), but it'd be the perfect addition to the franchise and it's best to seize it while the iron is hot and Nintendo is still focused on patent-crippling the gaming industry. Alternatively we could operate it instead like the Tactics games from Final Fantasy and it would work just as well. Square and Nintendo are showing to squander their own resources, so I'd imagine this is a perfect opportunity to seize it while it's still possible. I suggested it to PocketPair as well, but I doubt they'll go for it.

I'm thinking the natural fit would be a first person grid based dungeon crawler, the Wizardry series is still big in Japan and going for this style would allow for very efficient asset reuse.
They are gonna keep making games based on Palworld probably, Craftopia and that other game wernt big as hits.

Its probably in their heads somewhere.
not a bad sounding idea
but i still want a disgaea like SRPG.
