In what way is labelling the two body types as "body type 1" and "body type 2" throwing anything away? I really wish people weren't so sensitive about words.

It's a Japanese company that just thought that's what westerners wanted, maybe if you guys put in a suggestion in the bug report form (It says bug report but they have an option for suggestions) it's change, right now you're screaming at Valve for some reason, if you didn't know Pocketpair does not moderate or even look at these forums.

If people weren't so sensitive about the words, body type 1 and 2 wouldn't have to be implemented for some specific sensitive people in the first place.
Please, just do some critical thinking, don't just mindlessly defend something and then do an emotional appeal.

If people weren't so sensitive about the words, body type 1 and 2 wouldn't have to be implemented for some specific sensitive people in the first place.

Eh meh, let them talk about the possibly to changing it, they can talk about that all they want, my issue is with the people attacking Pocketpair and claiming that users are being censored because they don't understand how a forum works, if you get banned for making a post that post gets deleted, the fact that you see a user and that user is banned does not mean that user was banned for the post you are looking at.

Even if they were being banned for the body type debate the forums are moderated by Valve not Pocketpair, PP doesn't even look at them

No, you're being a hypocrite. And it's not fine because one is established language 99% of the world uses, and the other one only exists to obfuscate biology for no particular reason.

The humans can't even breed in this game.
They don't need to have a defined gender. If Pocketpair changes it to male/female, people like you will probably get confused and think their character can breed when they can't.

Wouldn't want that.

I'm already confused on what a body type A/B is. Are they taller vs the other? Are they fatter vs the other, are they uglier vs the other?

There's actually very little difference between the two models, just a different torso shape and default clothing. Everything else from legs, hands, complete lack of reproductive organs and head options is exactly the same.

I think it would be an insult to real men or women to call them that when they don't even have the equipment or the XX/XY chromosomes.
