Any item spawn mods for single player?

I've found a few on nexus, but they all talk about dedicated servers with admin control and not single player specifically. I'm just so tired of everything in this game feeling like a slog to craft unless I'm spending hours min/maxing pals for perfect stats.

If you can't find a spawn mod for singleplayer, you might want to try a Save Editor. I personally tested this one[www.nexusmods.com] just a few days ago and it is currently up-to-date.
