HELP! I can't increase my attack stats!

I used the memory wipe potion and now i just have 59 points that I can only put into Health, Stamina and weight. I cant increase attack and work speed AT ALL.

Its been a while since i reached max level and this is the first time im using the memory wipe potion but i am SURE that the only stat you cant increase is defense.

Does anyone have any solutions?

Did you use elixirs? They count toward 50 points cap, too. The yellow numbers in the stats are the ones gained from elixirs.

OH I DID! I didnt know about the cap at all! THANKS
Wait does this mean if I used elixers to max out my stats, i cant put my 59 stat points anywhere?

Yes, yes it does i just tried it.

Pretty sure once all your stats are maxed as well the "unused stat point" thing goes away even if you have them so it should be fine to use elixirs to max all the way out.
