How to unlock a third base ?

Everything in the title, I'm lvl 35 and my box is 16, I play on hard in multiplayer
When/How to unlock a third base ?

Go ask in the multiplayer server if you're allowed to have 2-10 bases, or if others have 2-10 bases.
They maybe limited it.
The rank requirement depends on what is the max limit of the bases in the world settings.
Haven't found anyone listed the differences for the requirements with each max base value.
At the moment with 4, 4th is unlocked at base rank 24, and 3 is unlocked at base rank 15.
If you're playing in a server with max base amount of 3, guess it's base rank 20 then, like Irene said.

In 0.3.1.0 they added that you could increase the base amount up to 10, besides pal amount per base up to 50, though you prolly have to put a new palbox down to see the different values for max pals.
For example with 10 max bases, at base rank 13 you can unlock 5 bases.

So anyway just check your palbox and read what is shown below there, at some point it will show if it will unlock it, or if it won't show it, then your server limited it to 2, or you need to put a new palbox down.

So guess your max base limit is 4 and the max rank was increased to lvl 30, thus rank 20 instead of 15, what was with max base 3.
