Pickaxe and Helmet
For some reason, i cannot learn this Building. The pickaxe and helmet wont let me learn it, im lvl 40 and when i click on it, its red and it sais "Must research pickaxe and helmet"

Unlock Research, build research, research mining and unlock.

Other buildings have the requirement to defeat a tower boss as well.

most of those things that add a bonus like the pickaxe are now locked being the research station, if you didn't have them already unlocked you now have to research them

you get the scrolls for research by killing the new bounty humans and trading the bounty tokens to new police vendors for the scrolls and/or by doing the expedition
