Join friend's world with my main character

Hi, is there a way to join my friend's world with my own character, kind of like in Valheim?

I know that back when the game released, you couldn't do it, and had to unpak the world and repack it with the new character, but I remember seeing something that they made it easier?

Each server is its own game save.
Characters don't share to your account.
they are saved directly to the world save.

Do you know of any mods that would easily facilitate save transfers?

Yeah there's a utility on github that you can use to migrate player data, the name of it escapes me but I had to do it when I went from a local saveworld to a dedicated server so my family could play when I was at work.

Look on github for something similar to "utility to move local palworld player to dedicated server"
