I don't disagree, but I think the only solution at this point is to give a similar perk to other types so that design doesn't have to favor dark so much for utility. So far the only way other pals are making it "worth while" in rosters is because its just a legit favorite people breed up to be OP. Which might be fine, but I do think it would be nice to see like a Grass or Normal raid boss. Now that you brought it up, I do think that raid bosses should be 1 of every type maybe 2 of each type, but I dunno. how many raid bosses we will get in the future.
ten variants, 3 dark.
There are 9 elements and dark doesn't even get to use its type advantage much if at all.
So yeah, that's kind of bad.
the situation gets even worse if one substracts the variants and "secondary" types from the list:
suddenly ice drops to 9 pals (11 if pengulet/king are counted in) from which only frostallion, sweepa and bastigor (dunno about that one, as i have to make a goodone first) seem to be on the good side.
shadow got ~30ish pals whose maintype is dark with lots of strong options.
plant types are all very creative and a lot of them are usefull as workers, but most of them use watermoves to fill out their list but have lowish defense (except warsect), so few combat option again
to cut the rambling short:
show the other types besides shadow and fire some love (water and plant are in dire need imo, electric has strong options but thats just because it doesnt have many to choose from in the first place, same as ice)
Edit: just realised why i never even thought about ground types.... i just dont need them at all besides the anubis for working. guess that just adds to the point of Halvos in a broader way
the dark type all most patch that aspect will quipping it simple compare to pokemon wall of nonsence
i all so think there more type of by-product i cant think of, that make it so the dark type is so prevalent.
like idk a proper water area or something
i do agree a bit that there a little to many dark type. there 49 of them.
i'm not gonna complain tho. there a lot of banger dark pals.
