Map Reset Bug

So I have my own world. For the past few days whenever I load up the world It plays the intro cut-scene (the one where you come ashore for the first time) and I'm wearing all my lvl 56 gear. I get the tutorial missions over again and my map is blank besides where my bases are as well as the beginning area. I still spawn wherever I log off. I spent a little over an hour revisiting all the areas. When I logged off the same thing happened again. The issue with the map being gone is I can't fast travel (aside from my bases). When I cross an area I have already been to the towers are already activated and blue. The game knows I've already been there. With this bug my palpedia is "mostly reset" The game recognizes all the pals in my party and box. But, whenever I scroll past them or summon them I get notifications as if this is my first time catching them.

I don't know what causes this bug but, it isn't every single time I login that this happens. But, it is possible that the bug goes away when I complete the "tutorial" again. One of the first things the game wants you to do is "level up". The last time this bug occurred I was outside a cave next to the Frostallion fight where I logged in and the game thought it was my first time playing. The issue with that is I'm level 56 now. So when I eventually hit level cap that will be impossible.

I have had this bug pop up today!

Drives me nuts, I can't see any of my fast travel points anymore and have to rediscover them (despite the fact that they are all blue still).

I was wondering, had you deployed the Pal expedition base add on? I've realised since I've used it in a new base, I have had my game crash and or the map bug occur. Removed it, it hasn't reoccurred since.
