Dark types are weak

The type effectiveness match up of dark types only being good against normal currently sucks because there's so few normal types to start with and the ones that exist don't really need type effectiveness to take down.

Easy solution, make humans (Including the attach helicopter) count as normal thus giving Dark types effective damage to humans.
